What Is A Headache?


A Headache is described as discomfort in the head or upper neck. It is just one of the most frequent areas of soreness in the human body and has numerous causes.


How are Head Aches Labeled?

There are actually 3 main types of head aches:

  • Primary Headaches

  • Secondary Headaches

  • Cranial neuralgias, facial pain, as well as other headaches


Primary head aches consist of migraine headaches, tension, and cluster head aches, in addition to a number of other less frequent kinds of headaches.


Secondary headaches are the ones that are caused by an actual structurel issue in your head or neck. (Example: forward head posture).
